Customer Service Specialist (Korean Speaker)
📍 Location: Prague or Žatec region, Czech Republic (Hybrid Work Possible)
👥 For: Czech logistics company (owned by an established German company)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (negotiable to 0.75 FTE)
💶 Salary: Flexible based on experience
🔧 Main Responsibilities
- Communicate with Korean clients via phone and email and in person
- Support internal logistics and customer service teams
- Follow up on orders, updates, and service quality issues
- Collaborate with Czech colleagues in a friendly office environment
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Native-level Korean speaker (required)
- Basic to intermediate Czech for workplace communication (support for further learning could be negotiated)
- Good English for internal coordination (written and spoken)
- Willingness to learn and work in a multicultural setting
- Previous customer service, office experience or logistics experience is a plus (not a must)
