Head Sushi Chef
Job description:
- Selecting the right ingredients for preparing Japanese/Korean meals, especially sushi
- Designing successful menus and presenting dishes in interesting and appealing ways
- Training and managing the kitchen staff
- Check the quantity and quality of received products
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques or equipment to staff
Requirements:
- Korean origin
- Experience with preparing sushi (5 yrs +)
- Experience on a position of Head Sushi Chef is an advantage
- Ability to create menu and design dishes for sushi restaurant with 100 seats
- Fulfill hygiene guidelines
- Ability to solve practical problems and effectively communicate with others
- Team leader
Our offer:
- Salary range is 2000€ net (negotiable)
- Working place in the beautiful capital city of Czech Republic – The location of restaurant is the very heart of Prague 1 – city center (3 mins from metro)
- Accommodation will be assisted (help in searching) by employer or provided (negotiable, depending on a final salary).
- Work permit will be arranged by employer
